4 players, in teams of 2. Each player gets 1 card from the Unique Starters, in addition to their Starter deck. Players may declare Confrontation to go after opponents, or go after Nemesis Stack. Game Ends when a team has successfully declared and won 5 Confrontations against their opponents, or Line-Up can no longer be refilled (Empty Nemesis Stack does NOT end the game).
