Rules
Uses Confrontations Rules, but on the Rebirth Line-Up. In addition to City Hall, use 4 random Rebirth Locations (Side A). At the start of the game, Roll a D6 (ignoring 6 value), and place those Hostages on that Location. Do the same whenever a Hostage is released. Each player gets 4 Punches, 3 Runs, and a Helping Hand by default. Shuffle the Unique Starters and deal 2 to each player. Each player gets 3 random Character cards. If they get a Circe Character Card, they must use that Character on its pre-assigned level only. All other Characters cards may be assigned any other level the owner chooses. "Charge your Meter X times" = Block (X) "Protector: X" = Block (X) "Deal X Damage" = During a Confrontation, +X Additional Power
